This is really just a filler space to see if whatever I screwed up is fixed, but I'll try to write something worthwhile here anyway.
I'm reading a book right now, instead of doing the million other things I could and should be doing.
City Kid by Mary MacCracken. It's good.
In really exciting news, I will be visiting
Grinnell College on Thursday and Friday. They are having a program for high school seniors to come up and visit. There will be about 40 kids from the Chicago area, and I don't know if others will come. I'm hoping to have a great time and not get too far behind missing two days of school.
Of course, if I don't do the homework that I am currently
not doing, I will not get
in to Grinnell College...

I was just (and am still) doing homework while talking to friends online. I meant to put a smilie in my conversation with my friend, but instead wrote it in my spanish translations. Oops.

I can't make the colors look right on my computer. It all looks too dark, no matter how high I up the the brightness or what I do with the contrast. And I think I just messed it up more than it was before.
At least the screen doesn't have an overlay of blue or neon green or nean red, or bright sapia yellow like the monitor in my room does. Because that is just annoying.

It's fun to do random things late at night when you should either be sleeping or doing something productive. For example, I just cleaned out my bathroom cabinet, and changed the sheets on bed. I did
not yet finish writing my english paper, do my statistics homework, or decide if I want to do my psychology optional assignment.
